Through the years we have successfully provided a wide variety of commercial roofing, from modestly sized projects to the very large with many different materials. We have pretty much seen it all. We are a successful business too, and we know what it means to work with other businesses in the best, most efficient manner. It all depends on your project specifications – we may be able to complete your roof without you ever having to sacrifice a day of business.
Commercial roofing is typically vast and has different architecture, such as flat or gently-sloped topside structures. It is quite distinct project from residential varieties. Commercial projects usually entail a different kind of material for the business or industrial roof, such as:
- Standing seam metal … A multi-tasking material with several benefits, this material is preferred world-wide. It is an excellent answer for flat or gently-sloped roofs as well as the steep-sloped, retrofit, equipment screens and mansard. This is a solid choice for commercial roofing because it may easily last for 50 years. It can provide much greater energy efficiency with solar reflectivity and is typically a quick installation.
- Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) … Here is a fantastic option for your flat roof; it is the latest of the single ply options on the market, with seam strengths four times greater than that of competing materials. A flat roof poses a challenge to gravity; higher-pitched roofs inherently feature greater resistance and generally fare better with weather. A flat roof advantage is economy, and the strength of TPO makes it work.
- Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) … This membrane adds to your commercial roofing an additional layer of insulation, protection, sound-proofing and it acts as a “cool roof,” which means it will save you money each month that you cool your property.
Those are just some of the options available to you, but we feature other choices for your building needs. Not only does a business property present different structural challenges, it also has a different purpose. Image plays a very significant role in any business, so it will not do to feature an old, rusty or otherwise underperforming roofing system.
